Shipping

You will be notified when your package is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any packages after they are left at the post office. If you have had problems in the past, we suggest asking for insurance and signature confirmation on your order for your protection. All orders will be shipped within 3 days after payment has cleared. Shipping costs are based on size and weight of item and sometimes becomes more than it should. Please email us for a shipping discount before you pay for your order if this is the case.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted on all merchandise except where otherwise noted. All Merchandise on Ye Olde Gift Shoppe are brand new and handmade unless otherwise noted. Please email us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise if there is a problem. All returned merchandise MUST be in the same condition it was when sent to you. Merchandise will be refunded or exchanged once merchandise is received by Ye Olde Gift Shoppe. Shipping costs will be refunded if the merchandise sent was not what you ordered or if was shipped to you damaged. Exceptions can be made.
